Rating System Explanation:
	Mediocre.  Might find it useful for some things but generally not recommended for most uses.
	Good. Middle of the road.  Certainly not a must-have but does have some useful features that make it worth consideration.
	Great.  Would recommend it to friends.  Truly useful features, user friendly, stable.
	Best.  This is reserved for the truly must-have software out there.  If it's got 4 wheels, you've gotta check it out!
